Job Qualifications
Minimum Requirements |

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Education or Educational Technology is a plus. |
• Collaborative and able to foster positive relationships with stakeholders. |
• Proficiency in using eLearning tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other administrative software. |
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including faculty, students, and administrative staff |
Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. |
Detail-oriented and proactive. |
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. |
Experience in customer service or student support, particularly in an educational setting, is an advantage. |
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas is highly desirable |
Flexible and adaptable to changing technologies and educational practices. |
Knowledge of educational technology trends, distance learning best practices, and current industry standards. |
Previous experience in eLearning, instructional design, or distance education coordination is preferred |
Remote work options may be available depending on institutional policies. |
Strong organizational and time-management skills |
