Job Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Education or Educational Technology is a plus.
• Collaborative and able to foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using eLearning tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other administrative software.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including faculty, students, and administrative staff
Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in customer service or student support, particularly in an educational setting, is an advantage.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas is highly desirable
Flexible and adaptable to changing technologies and educational practices.
Knowledge of educational technology trends, distance learning best practices, and current industry standards.
Previous experience in eLearning, instructional design, or distance education coordination is preferred
Remote work options may be available depending on institutional policies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
This position may require occasional evening or weekend hours based on program needs.

4. Technical Assistance:• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to course access, multimedia content, and online assessments
5. Administrative Tasks: • Assist in the preparation of reports on course enrollments, student performance, and other ODeL-related
