• Assist in the preparation of reports on course enrollments, student performance, and other ODeL-related data. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student and course data. • Support the ODeL Coordinator in administrative tasks such as communication, scheduling, and logistics.
1. Program Support: • Assist in the administration of ODeL courses, including managing course schedules, enrollment processes, and course materials. • Ensure that course materials are uploaded and accessible on the Learning Management System (LMS). • Help monitor and maintain the quality
2. Student Assistance: • Provide support to students enrolled in ODeL programs by answering inquiries and resolving technical or administrative issues. • Assist in the tracking of student progress, attendance, and participation in online courses. • Coordinate communication with students
3. Faculty Support: • Assist faculty members in navigating and utilizing eLearning tools and technologies. • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for faculty on the use of the LMS and other teaching tools. • Help monitor faculty engagement with students and ensure that they receive the support
4. Technical Assistance: • Provide technical support to students and faculty using the LMS, video conferencing tools, and other online learning platforms. • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to course access, multimedia content, and online assessments. • Collaborate with the IT team to es
