Job Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Professional Experience: At least 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in a higher education environment
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in ICT and office applications. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Assist in preparation of reports, budgets, and procurement documents.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper record management
• Maintain inventory of office equipment and learning resources
• Manage correspondence, records, filing systems, and data entry
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the ODeL Department.
• Respond to inquiries from staff and students and provide frontline support.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and coordinate departmental activities.
• Support coordination of online teaching, examinations, and student-related activities
