| • Professional Experience: At least 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in a higher education environment |
| • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in ICT and office applications. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality |

| • Respond to inquiries from staff and students and provide frontline support. |
| • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and coordinate departmental activities. |
