Job Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
• Academic Qualifications: Earned PhD from a recognized university. Senior academic rank with proven scholarly output.
• Professional Experience: At least 10 years of university teaching, research, and academic administration experience. Minimum of 5 years in senior academic leadership or management.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong strategic leadership and decision-making skills. Proven experience in academic governance and quality assurance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills. Strong financial, policy, and people management capabilities.
