| Research and Publication — Conduct research contributing to advancement of knowledge in Educational Psychology and related fields; publish research findings in reputable academic journals. |
| Research and Scholarly Activities — Conduct research and publish scholarly work in peer-reviewed academic journals; participate in research projects and conferences |
| Stakeholder Engagement — Participate in academic conferences and professional forums; engage with relevant professional bodies and stakeholders |
| Student Supervision — Supervise undergraduate research projects and assist in postgraduate supervision; provide academic guidance and mentorship |
| Student Support — Provide academic advising and mentorship to students; support student research and academic development |
| Teaching Administration — Prepare and deliver lectures and academic materials in accordance with approved curricula; conduct assessments including examinations |
