Job Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
• At least 2 years’ experience as Human Resource Assistant
• Certificate in computer applications skills
• Conversant with Labor law and employment equity regulations
• Demonstrated ability to deliver timely high-quality deliverables.
• Diploma in Psychology, Business Administration, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences is an added advantage
• Effective HR administration and people management skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to operate/work under pressure.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English: ability to produce excellent quality documents and
• Experience in payroll practices, recruitment, employee orientation, records maintenance, vendor liaison,
• Must be a professional member of IHRM
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.

Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Ensure safe handling and storage of personnel files and confidential information. Maintain proper custody of HR records and documentation
HR Administrative Support Support HR administrative processes relating to staff services. Assist in monitoring HR operational expenses.
Normal office working environment with approximately 95% office-based administrative work and occasional support during HR events and training activities
Operational decisions relating to HR documentation and administrative processes
Resource Management Ensure proper use and management of HR office supplies and administrative resources.
Technical decisions concerning HR records management and data entry processes.
Use HR management systems for entering and updating a variety of HR data including assistance in monitoring various deadlines ensuring the e-recruitment system is fully leveraged and contains updated information.
