Minimum Requirements |

• Advanced Microsoft Office suite |
• At least four years of human resource experience required |
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required. |
• Certifications such as CHRP or other professional certifications are highly preferred. |
• Must have a leadership Certificate. |
• Should demonstrate skills in interpersonal communication, decision-making, organization, leadership, and speaking |
• Should possess the ability to use a human resource management system |

Assess and determine employee training needs, skills, and knowledge to enable them to perform their job effectively. |
Assist in the recruitment and selection of the right candidates |
Develop and administer programmes, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the University's strategic direction |
Document and maintain employee records and information, including employment history, work hours, etc. |
Ensure employees get services, benefits, and facilities to enhance employee well-being |
Ensure timely preparation of the payroll. |
Implement all Human Resources policies, programmes, and practices to inform management of new developments |
Issue job descriptions, required qualifications, skills, work experience required for specific job positions, duties, and responsibilities. |
Oversee compliance with regulatory concerns |
Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings. |
Plan, organize and direct employee performance by checking, verifying and monitoring achievement according to performance targets and goals and control deviations from the set plan. |
Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goals. |
Provision of leadership for Human Resources Strategic Planning by collecting, analyzing, and identifying current and future Human Resources needs within the University |
