Job Qualifications
| Minimum Requirements |

| Must have: An earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification OR, in special fields, a Master’s Degree Qualification in the relevant field, from an accredited and recognized university. |

| 1) Have a minimum of three (3) years’ work experience as Lecturer at University level or six (6) years as Research Fellow at Research institution /Industry experience |
| 2) Have supervised since appointment as Lecturer, at least three (3) post-graduate students to completion. |
| 3) Have attended and contributed at learned conferences, seminars or workshops. |
| 4) Have evidence of continued research and/or effective teaching. |
| 5) Have evidence of contribution to university/research institution through activities such as participation in departmental management, students’ academic/research advising, school or university/institutional meetings, committee membership and related matters |
| 6) Demonstrate community involvement (e.g. Member of BOG, SMC etc.) |
| Be registered with the relevant professional body (where applicable); |
