Job Qualifications
| Minimum Requirements |

| • A master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited university. |
| • Earned PhD in any of these Nursing fields – Medical-Surgical / Mental Health Nursing / Paediatric / Oncology Nursing / Critical Care Nursing. |
| A minimum of 3 publication points, of which at least 2 (2) in refereed journal papers. |
| At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the University as a lecturer or six (6) years research/ industry experience. |
| Must have supervised at least three (3) post-graduate students to completion as a lecturer equivalent. |
| Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya |
