Job Qualifications
| Minimum Requirements |

| • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Education or Educational Technology is a plus. |
| • Excellent written and verbal communication skills |
| Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including faculty, students, and administrative staff |
| Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment |
| Collaborative and able to foster positive relationships with stakeholders |
| Detail-oriented and proactive. |
| Experience in customer service or student support, particularly in an educational setting, is an advantage. |
| Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas is highly desirable |
| Flexible and adaptable to changing technologies and educational practices. |
| Knowledge of educational technology trends, distance learning best practices, and current industry standards. |
| Previous experience in eLearning, instructional design, or distance education coordination is preferred. |
| Proficiency in using eLearning tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other administrative software. |
| Remote work options may be available depending on institutional policies. |
| Strong organizational and time-management skills |
| This position may require occasional evening or weekend hours based on program needs. |

| 2. Student Support: Coordinate and oversee the development, delivery, and assessment of ODeL courses |
| 3. Technical Support: Develop and maintain communication channels to ensure students receive timely updates and support |
| 4. Faculty Engagement and Training: Provide technical assistance to faculty and students using the ODeL platform, ensuring smooth access to course materials, assessments, and tools |
| 5. Administrative and Logistical Support:Assist in the training and support of faculty members in the use of ODeL platforms and tools. |
