(ii) Financial Systems Management — Ensure proper use of accounting systems and financial software; maintain financial databases and accounting documentation.
(iii) Accounts Reconciliation — Coordinate reconciliation of bank accounts and other financial accounts; monitor reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable; investigate discrepancies in financial records and implement corrective measures.
(iii) Financial Reporting — Prepares financial statements and accounting reports; provides financial data required for institutional planning and decision-making
(iii) Revenue and Expenditure Monitoring — Monitor institutional revenues and expenditures; ensure proper accounting of tuition fees and other revenue streams.
(iv) Internal Financial Controls — Implement internal financial control procedures; ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures; support internal and external audits and respond to audit queries
(iv) Stakeholder Coordination — Liaise with departments on financial transactions and documentation; coordinate with banks, auditors, and financial institutions on accounting matters.
(v) Budget Monitoring Support — Monitor financial transactions against approved budgets; provide financial data for budget monitoring and financial planning.

B. Operational / Technical Responsibilities (i) Accounting Operations — Oversee preparation and processing of financial transactions; ensure timely processing of payments and receipts; maintain accounting ledgers and financial records.
ii) Financial Reporting — Prepare periodic financial reports for management review; assist in preparation of annual financial statements; ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data used in reporting; support preparation of financial reports for regulatory and statutory purposes.
