Job Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
• A passion for sports, fitness, and student engagement.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Current certification as a Swimming Instructor or Lifeguard.
• Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in organizing sports activities or coaching is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
Administer swimming lessons and lifeguard duties as required.
Assist in the development and implementation of health and fitness campaigns across campus.
Collaborate with student associations, clubs, and other departments to enhance the university’s sports culture
Coordinate sports events, tournaments, and fitness challenges.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants during sports events and activities.
Maintain accurate records of sports programs, equipment, and resources.
Manage and maintain sports facilities, including swimming pools and gyms.
Organize, manage, and oversee university sports activities and recreational programs.
Promote and increase student participation in sports and wellness programs.
Provide coaching and guidance in various sports disciplines
