| Academic Governance — Participate in departmental meetings and academic committees |
| Curriculum Development — Participate in development and review of Communication and Technology curricula; contribute to improvement of teaching methodologies. |
| Managerial / Supervisory Responsibilities (i) Teaching and Learning — Deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars at undergraduate and postgraduate levels; prepare course outlines, teaching materials, and assessment tools. |
| Research and Publication — Conduct research contributing to advancement of knowledge in Communication and Technology and related fields; publish research findings in reputable academic journals |
| Research and Scholarly Activities — Conduct research and publish scholarly work in peer-reviewed academic journals; participate in research projects and conferences |
| Stakeholder Engagement — Participate in academic conferences and professional forums; engage with relevant professional bodies and stakeholders. |
| Student Supervision — Supervise undergraduate research projects and assist in postgraduate supervision; provide academic guidance and mentorship |
| Student Support — Provide academic advising and mentorship to students; support student research and academic development. |
| Teaching Administration — Prepare and deliver lectures and academic materials in accordance with approved curricula; conduct assessments including examinations and coursework evaluations. |
